Poor After Sales Service
I bought a gas stove in October 2018 last year, it had problems with the oven so they came to my home to check it out in December 2018. But they never gave any feedback regarding when they would replace the part which had a fault. I am very frustrated because im stuck with a non functioning oven....the only time i get feedback is when i call them and they blame the technicians for not communicating with me... All i get is apologies but there is absolutely no improvement with their communication. It it now February 2019. Very Disappointed.
