Reviews of Puretec - Maseru

I bought a gas stove in October 2018 last year, it had problems with the oven so they came to my home to check it out in December 2018. But they never gave any feedback regarding when they would replace the part which had a fault. I am very frustrated because im stuck with a non functioning oven....the only time i get feedback is when i call them and they blame the technicians for not communicating with me... All i get is apologies but there is absolutely no improvement with their communication. It it now February 2019. Very Disappointed.

June 22 this year 2014, I bought a DSTV at PureTech Maputsoe but tell you even now 10th September 2014, It is not installed! I am very disappointed eventhough, I keep calling and even visiting the store. They keeping promising to go the following week all the time! What a terrible service! Tell you what, I bought a DSTV at LCS in 2010 and within 2 days after the payment, my DSTV waas installed. Please PureTech management, check my to confirm tha I am telling the truth. My name is Rethabile Ramokopu. These are the names on the reciepts. I never expected this.

On Tuesday i bought a dish at Puretec Maseru Mall. 4 days later i still wish i could watch tv, it has not been delivered.
