Question for TEBA Ltd

In 2017 I was called by Mr Thabo who works there at Tena and told me I had money that was left for me,he told me to bring my ID & BIRTH,i did but since then I haven't heard anything thing does it mean someone has taken over the money or the mines haven't realised the money yet?
