Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Project Manager at MGP Investments Pty Ltd located in Maseru. The Senior Project Manager will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing projects within the organization. They will oversee project teams, manage budgets and schedules, and ensure that project objectives are met. The Senior Project Manager will also be responsible for communicating with stakeholders and reporting project progress.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in project management and leading diverse teams
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Proficiency in project management software and tools
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, or equivalent experience
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus
