TCL is a duly registered company, currently operating at Liqhobong Mining Development Company (LMDC). The scope of work is but not limited to detailed design and construction of tailings conveyor and residue storage facility for the existing mining and process operations. Collection of water and management of such, drilling, blasting, load and haul services at Liqhobong Mine

TCL is searching for experienced, enthusiastic, result oriented and resilient Lesotho citizens to occupy the following position:

POSITION: Production Manager (2)

JOB DESCRIPTION/SUMMARY OF PURPOSE

• Plan, organise and control production to ensure that holes are drilled in accordance with pattern and provided measurements, on time and within budget.
• Formulate, review and renew the production strategic plan to align with the project objectives.
• Monitor and evaluate implementation of the strategy.
• Evaluate and maintain legal compliance of production functions.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE

• Relevant Management degree.
• 7 years’ experience in a similar role, in mining environment.
• Knowledge of MS word, Excel and PowerPoint.
• Must have competent A.
• Must possess a valid light vehicle licence.
