Hlw, I dnt knw hw to use FedEx but I need a help to deliver my parcels .wht am I gonna to do?

FedEx claimed it would clear my goods in 2 days after we rectified the mistake that my agent made in an invoice. Little did i know for FedEx 2 days meant 2 decades. Until today my parcel that arrived on 19th April has not been delivered. What could be wrong with this compamy really?
