Sustech Finance is web-based accounting software designed to help small businesses manage and streamline invoicing, payment processing, billable expense management and other financial operations. It offers a client portal, which allows administrators to share transactional and invoicing information with clients and accept payments in bulk.

The application offers a customer management module, which lets professionals create client profiles, set up passwords to access invoices, track deposits or transfers between accounts and view customer profile summary on a dashboard. Businesses can maintain multiple company accounts, assign users to respective companies and manage finances within a single admin panel. Additionally, users can generate categories to handle based on incomes, items or expenses and configure bulk actions to enable, export, disable, and delete records in batches.

Other features include email templates, tax rates, widgets, multi-lingual panel, permissions management, process automation, reporting and vendor management.
