Job vacancy Business Development Manager Healthcare

Talent Fusion (Ltd) is a hiring on behalf of a reputable regional technology and medical company for the role of Healthcare Business Development Manager. The role requires someone with at least 2-years experience and qualifications in medical science. The salary range is M15k – M17k (depending on experience).

Key responsibilities:

Conduct comprehensive research to identify trends, gaps and emerging needs in the healthcare solutions and medical devices within Lesotho.

Analyse local healthcare infrastructure and regulation.

Identify potential clients, distributors and partners to establish a strong network within the region.

Develop and execute a targeted sales strategy to drive revenue growth by identifying new business opportunities and nurturing existing relationships.

Collaborate with the sales team to develop persuasive sales collateral and proposals that highlight the benefits and technical aspects of our healthcare solutions.

Required qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Medical Science.

Master’s degree/MBA will be an added advantage.

Marketing diplomas or certificates or any business qualification such as digital platforms will be an added advantage.

Minimum experience:

At least 1-year as a medical scientist intern.

At least 1-year additional experience as a scientist.
