Job Description- To ensure that all Digital platform technical related queries/problems received are resolved efficiently within laid-down time frames as per service level agreements and guidelines. Understand the risks associated with dealing with Digital banking technical client queries and dissemination of confidential information.
- Degree in Information Technology or relevant field of study.
- Knowledge and ability to fulfil on Digital platforms inclusive but not limited to product knowledge.
- Strong understanding of digital, open banking and platform integration.
- Strong communication and analytical skills.
- Knowledge and understanding of the features, and benefits and of the products and services on offer to Personal Banking customers across multiple customer segments.
- Maintain a high level of integrity and ethical standards.
