Ntlafatso Skills Training Centre - Mohale's Hoek

The Ntlafatso Skills Training Centre was established in October 1990, with technical and financial support to the tune of M 3.5 million, from the South African Government, through its Department of Foreign Affairs. The Centre was officially handed over to Lesotho Government in November 1992. It is currently a division of the Ministry of Employment and Labour. The Centre was established with the aim of providing skills oriented training for the unskilled, the unemployed, school leavers, disadvantaged youth and retrenched migrant workers. The objectives of the Centre are,to: *Provide the unskilled and unemployed with skills that will make them employable *Create a pool of skilled labour, thus reducing unemployment resulting from lack of relevant skills.
